Hoarding Cleanup
Missouri sits where humid summers meet hard winters, and a hoarded home takes damage from both. The behavior affects an estimated two to six percent of grown adults, and here the basement is usually where it shows first: damp collects, mold takes hold under stored belongings, and the furnace sits surrounded by everything that should never be near it. Upstairs, narrow paths become falls. None of this reflects on the person living there. It is a building that has outgrown one household.
People living in a hoarded home carry deep shame, and it is usually why they keep family and friends on the doorstep.
At Missouri Hoarding, we hear from people every week who spent months working up to that first call. There is no lecture waiting on our end. The person on the phone listens, takes notes, and treats you like a neighbor with a problem.

Missouri Hoarding clears hoarded homes carefully and keeps the household in charge of it. Throughout the state of Missouri, we just want to help you regain a clean and safe living space.
The first thing on the calendar is an in person estimate. Somebody from our Kansas City or St. Louis team walks the house with you, sizes up the work, and hands you a price in writing. Ask anything you like. You are free to think it over. Discretion matters on a tight city block. Our vehicles carry no signage, our shirts carry no logo, and anyone glancing out a window sees a work crew and nothing more.
On the day we clean, we remove trash, unusable items, and anything unsafe. Those tend to sit mixed with things worth keeping, so we sort as we go.
Usable goods head to a Missouri charity that can put them in front of families who need them. Hazardous material, biohazard, appliances and electronics leave the property under the permits that cover each category.
Most of what fills these homes belongs there and stays. We return it to closets and cabinets once the clutter around it is gone. Disinfecting and deodorizing rounds things out if a family wants it.
The result? Take a look for yourself.
